1 · Who operates this website

This website is operated by BOCC Sverige AB, organisation number 556482-5130, Rådmansgatan 19, 114 25 Stockholm. Reddibo is the service we provide. Questions about these terms can be sent to lena@reddibo.se.

2 · What these terms cover

The website — not the service.

These terms apply to your use of reddibo.com and the material published on it, including the guides.

They do not govern the Reddibo service. Use of the service itself is governed by the licence agreement between BOCC Sverige AB and the customer, together with the associated data processing agreement. Where those documents and these terms differ, the licence agreement applies to the service.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

3 · The guides and other published material

General information — not legal advice.

We publish guides on subjects such as work environment management, chemicals, spray journals, water and sustainability reporting. They are written carefully, with legal references given so that each statement can be checked, and several have been reviewed by specialists in the relevant field.

They are still general information. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for it.

The guides describe the position as we understand it at the date of writing. Rules change, and some of the requirements described are the subject of ongoing consultation.
They are written for golf clubs generally. What applies to a particular club depends on its own circumstances — its size, its location, its water source, its organisation and which authority supervises it.
Several guides are published for more than one country. Rules that look similar are often not identical, and each version states which country it describes.
Where a guide gives an interpretation rather than a statutory requirement, it says so.

Confirm your own position. Before acting on anything in a guide, a club should confirm what applies to it with the relevant authority or with its own adviser. The guides themselves say this, and it is the course we recommend throughout.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the guides.

4 · Copyright and use of the material

Ownership. The text, layout, guides, and the Reddibo name and logo on this website belong to BOCC Sverige AB unless stated otherwise.

What is not permitted. The guides, or any other material on this site, may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed for a commercial purpose by anyone operating a competing product or service. The Reddibo name and logo may not be used to suggest endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

Trademarks. "Reddibo" and the Reddibo logo are trademarks of BOCC Sverige AB used in connection with its services.

5 · Availability and accuracy

We keep the site running, but we do not guarantee it.

We aim to keep the website available and its content current, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date at every moment. We may change, move or remove material without notice.

The website links to material published by others, including authorities, federations and research bodies. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for changes made to them.

6 · How you may use the website

The ordinary limits.

Do not use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or any customer's data.
Do not interfere with the operation of the website, or with anyone else's use of it.
Do not extract material systematically, by automated means or otherwise, for competing purposes.

Access to the Reddibo service itself is through login credentials issued to customers. Those credentials are personal and must not be shared.

7 · Liability

What we are responsible for.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.

8 · Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published here, with the date it was last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means the new terms apply.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from these terms shall be determined by the general courts of Sweden, with the district court (tingsrätt) at BOCC Sverige AB's registered office as the court of first instance.
