About Reddibo

In the play, it is said by a man who has been trusted with his master's money, sealed in a travelling bag, and who promises to bring it back intact. That is where our name comes from, and it is still the whole idea. What a club trusts us with, it gets back — complete, and available when it is needed.
Where it started.
Reddibo was founded in 1994, documenting housing co-op developers' own projects, and grew through pilot studies in other sectors. Golf came later, in 2018, and largely by chance — which is why the company is not called Fairway or Green-something.
That turned out to matter. Coming to golf from outside meant arriving without assumptions about how a club ought to work, and asking instead.

What that taught us.
Housing, property, food production, golf — different rules, different inspectors, different vocabulary. The same failure underneath all of them, and especially pronounced in smaller organisations.

Someone leaves, and their knowledge leaves with them. The binder is in the machine hall but not the page you need. The spreadsheet is on a laptop that went home. The next person starts over, and does good work that will also not survive them.

Reddibo was founded on a simple belief: when an organisation entrusts us with something important, it should remain safe, complete and ready when needed.
Today, we apply that belief to records, knowledge and evidence. We help organisations keep what matters well kept, so their work can be trusted and their knowledge stays with them.

The Two of Us
Before Reddibo, she set up the European operations of a private-equity-owned wholesaler in the automotive industry. Now she runs the commercial side — the clubs, the federations and most of the customer relationships. The question she hears most from clubs is “why didn’t we know about this?”

Björn built the Reddibo management system and the platform it runs on. He has extensive knowledge and experience of processes and management systems, and is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the technical platform behind Reddibo.
How we work
No permanent staff, by choice.
A small company, with specialists we have worked with for years — in greenkeeping, work environment, law, development and design.
That is a deliberate decision rather than a stage we have not grown out of. It means the person who turns up at your club is someone who has done the work before, not someone hired to fill a seat. And it means we can say no to work we are not right for.

Reddibo's golf application has been made possible through cooperation with several organisations, each with specialised knowledge in the field. That knowledge has been condensed into the models available in Reddibo.
Our commitment to research
Reddibo is the data platform behind the NIBIO-led ITRI Carbon Research Program. We provide the platform and our work without charge. Research funding makes a programme of this scale possible, but none of that funding is paid to Reddibo.
We put it here rather than in a paragraph beginning “we believe,” because a decision that costs money says more than a sentence that costs nothing.
